With it installed I have all but lost the turbo lag, gotten a very noticeable increase in power, and amazingly improved my fuel mileage about 2-3 mpg — less increase on highway (now 21-22 mpg) and more increase city (now 19-20 mpg). Not bad at all for a rig with such large tires. It also seems like the shifts are smoother, especially the downshifts.
Features
The Rapid Power module improves fuel economy and adds power to the Mercedes 3.0L V6 Diesel engine.
Increases the efficiency of the fuel injection system. Results show increases of 35hp and 40 ft.-lbs of torque.
Easy installation; the kit comes with OEM style fasteners that snap inline to the fuel-pressure sensor on the passenger side rail.

The WatchDog is an excellent engine monitor that easily plugs into the OBDII port (minor trimming of the plastic surround is necessary) and provides analog and digital data for something like 20 engine functions, including turbo boost (the main reason I got the unit), as well as coolant temperature and exhaust temperature, which I thought would be helpful data for trailer towing. There are several color options and you can determine which of four functions you want to monitor. The driving coach alone is worth the price, effectively teaching you how to drive in a more fuel efficient manner.
